Upgrades to DNN can range from strightforward to fairly complex. There are many factors and here we try to summarise them as well as providing advice from our many years' experience upgrading DNN
Our team here at DNN Australia are one of the very few Australian companies who builds, maintains, and provides support for HCC (Hotcakes Commerce) in Australia. More and more Australians are buying and selling online (it’s so convenient) so you too can open your doors 24/7.
We're a few weeks away from DNN Summit 2018 in Denver. I'm sure there are tardy folk who are still considering whether to go or not. I say if DNN is part of what you do, then its a great conference for you. My experience last year (first DNN Conference of any kind) was great and is why this year's instalment can't come soon enough. February 6th is fast approaching so this is a last minute chance to try and convince any laggard DNNers to head over to Denver in February 2018

Ok after a couple of very hectic months, here's a recap of Day 2 of the DNN Summit held in January 2017. This training day was a long and intense. The morning began early with a full day DNN Training Administration session run by Aderson Oliviera from DNN Hero, and this was followed by the DNN Partner Summit or roundtable for those that were interested. The extra few months have helped solidify some of the lessons learn on this day.
This is the first of a three part article series recapping the DNN Summit 2017. The aim is to have an informative set of articles highlighting the lessons learnt as well as information relating to the DNN roadmap. The purpose is to provide info that benefits both the website owner that has invested in DNN as their platform of choice, and the DNN developer who is tasked with managing a DNN site for their organisation.
This first article in the series actually breaks the rules somewhat...
Currently on my way to the DNN Summit and after my fourth site I bring up on my phone I noticed just how much I take for granted that a website should just work, and very well, on a mobile device.
Some have fared better than others but it makes me wonder why there are so many sites that have ignored mobile viewers
